Platform trust principles

Identity and access

Platform access is designed around authenticated sessions, role-aware administration and user-specific permissions for protected activities.

Data stewardship

We promote data minimisation, clear purposes, controlled access and responsible handling of member and cultural information.

Community integrity

Cultural attribution, respectful participation, moderation and reporting support safer knowledge sharing across communities.

Payment trust

Eligible purchases use Base44 Payments checkout. Payment status and access grants are handled separately from public profile information.

Trademark use standard

Trademark rights are territorial. These rules are a global baseline and do not replace the law or registration status in a particular country.

Responsible use

  • Use TribeLink names only for truthful reference or authorised partnership attribution.
  • Keep word marks, logos and notices intact and clearly distinguish your own brand.
  • Use ™ for claimed marks; use ® only where the specific mark is registered and the jurisdiction permits it.
  • Request written permission before commercial, promotional or merchandise use.

Prohibited use

  • Do not imply sponsorship, certification, affiliation or endorsement without written approval.
  • Do not copy, distort or combine TribeLink marks into confusingly similar brands, domains or social handles.
  • Do not use marks for deceptive, unlawful, hateful or culturally exploitative material.
  • Do not remove ownership notices or present platform content, interfaces or research as your own.

Official reference points

International frameworks set common principles, while national and regional offices determine registration, scope and enforcement. Consult qualified local counsel for legal decisions.
